I Saw One Direction 25/10/15

hello everyone,

So i know that it was quite a while ago that i blogged but I've been quite busy and not had really the time to put up a coherent blog post.

I know it was a long time ago but on October 25th me and my friend went to see One Direction in Newcastle. Now we had really good seats (block AA, seats 3 and 4) and we were so close to them it was amazing!

Jamie Lawson was honesty amazing and had the crowd in such a good mood before the boys came on!
And to top it all off, Louis' mam was stood right behind us with Jamie Lawson so during the encore before they boys came on too sing their last songs, some of us got a photo with her! She was honestly so lovely to all of us and didnt complain when a load of fangirls came unto her asking for photos!

This is the third time I've been to see them and each time its honestly been amazing, knowing that theyre going on a break soon for a year or so makes me so sad but i truly know its what they need! So to relive the memories, i thought i would put some of the photos that i took onto a blog post for you all.

I apologise if you do not like one direction or anything like that, next blog posts will be beauty related!

Now i will always support the boys in everything that they do and i can tell you now that i will still be here when they come back from their break!

Disney DO'S and DONT'S

hello everyone,

So i have recently just got back from Florida as i have been to DisneyWorld for 3 weeks!
Over that time of being in Disney, i gathered things in which you should do, and some things you shouldn't, and as you have probably guessed, I'm going to be sharing them with you!

1) DO watch the parades
    - i think many people may not necessarily want to watch the parades as they can be mainly directed at the children and i feel like this may put some people of watching them, BUT seriously, most of the parades i watched, were amazing! My favourite was the 'Festival of Fantasy' as all the disney princesses come out and they have amazing floats that tell the story of each disney film and character!

 2) DON'T take the ferry boat into Magic Kingdom/Ticket & Transport Centre
    - while the ferry boat may seem quicker than the monorail as you can fit more people on it, it really is just one huge time waste! The monorail arrives every 5 minutes and gets you where you need to be at an average 2-3 minutes! When we went, we made the mistake of getting the ferryboat rather than the monorail! Oh, and the monorail is air conditioned so is cooler than the ferryboat (perfect for those hot summer days!)

3) DO take a waterproof/jacket with you whenever you go to the parks
    - this is for your own benefit! There will be sunny moments when you begin to wonder why on earth you brought that poncho, but there will be days (like my last disney day) where the rain and thunder and lightning just will not stop! On my last disney day, it rained for a grand total of 5 hours!! Also the lightning was pretty amazing! It sort of cascaded around the sky! But thats beside the point!

4) DO stay late to see the fireworks
    - If you have little ones this may not be a great option as a tired child + long days = not very happy child (if you get what i mean). But if you do have the option to stay till around 10.30 then i highly suggest you do so! The electrical parade is at 9 and that is pretty amazing! Then the castle gets lit up with different things, and then finally at 10 the fireworks are on! I managed to get some good photos with my iPhone too!

5) DON'T forget to stay hydrated with water
     - this one can be quite easy to break as sometimes you are so distracted by everything that is going on to realise you need to sit down and have a drink of water. BUT, word of warning, DO NOT buy water inside the parks, they are ridiculously expensive. Instead, bring a water bottle and fill it up using the fountains provided around the parks.

6) DO plan to a certain extent of what you are going to do
    - By doing this, you are eliminating unnecessary time sitting down deciding what everybody wants to do and where you need to be in order to get some food etc. Plan a little of the things you would like to do while you are there and work your way through the list. BUT remember, have fun and don't let a schedule ruin your fun!

7) DO have fun!
     - whether you are with your family or your friends or just simply by yourself! The most important thing is that this is YOUR trip also, so make sure YOU have fun!

And lastly

8) DON'T stress about the little things
     - You are in the most magical place in the world! Enjoy yourself and don't stress if your trip doesn't go as you had planned or expected it would!

*And now i shall proceed to add more photos that i have taken on my trip*

What Do I Believe In?

hello everybody

So, i saw a video on Youtube titled 'What do you believe in?' and it got me thinking about all the things i believe in.

In no way, do i want this post to cause any issues among different opinions, this is just me stating what i believe in and hey, if you believe in something different to me, leave it in the comments below as i would be interested to know what everybody believes in.
We ARE all entitled to our own opinions right?

anyway, with that being said, I'm going to carry on...

1) I believe in marriage equality- I think that everybody should be able to express their feelings no matter what! I think that marriage of every gender should be accepted because what difference does it make if two men/women get married to each other over a man and a woman marrying each other? Regardless of somebody's sexual orientation or gender, i believe that everybody should have the right to marry the one they love!

2) I believe that if we have the right mindset and the determination, the possibilities are endless of what we can achieve in our lifetime.

3) I believe that in generations, the power of social media will truly become remarkable- sure social media has a huge effect on modern day life, but i believe that in generations to come, social media will have developed even further into something even more remarkable than it is now!

4) I believe that we are all different, but we are unique- no matter what gender/race/ethnicity we all are, we are all unique and we should all be proud of that! I for one, believe that our differences do not make us stand apart from one another, they bring us together because at the end of the day, we are all humans.

5) I believe that people care- no matter what problems you are facing, there is always someone that cares about you and will put your needs before their own. They may not be around all the time, but they are closer than you think! They may even be someone you least expected it from. The right times reveal the right people! Just know that there is somebody that does care for you.

6)I believe that we can change the world- step by step, little by little. The actions of many are helping shape the world into a much better place. This links in the #3 as, as of now, the power that social media has is unbelievable! Social media really does have a huge effect on what shapes the world into the place people dream for it to be- all loving and all happy, and with the actions of some or many, we can change it into that world!

7) I believe that we all have the right to express our beliefs- just like i am doing now while writing this. Everybody has their own beliefs and i think that everybody should have the chance to express them! We may not agree on everything, but that is part of who we are and we should accept that not everybody will have the same beliefs as us!

I could go on for ages listing things i believe in but i want to end with two last things.

1) I believe in MYSELF!- everybody should at least believe in one thing- themselves. This for me is one of the most powerful things to do because if we don't believe in ourselves, what can we truly believe in? Believing in ourselves, gives us the strength and the power to believe that we can do remarkable things to change the lives of ourselves and many others around us.

2) I believe in YOU!- yes you reading this! I believe that no matter what your life is like- whether your totally happy, or your facing some difficult times right now, i believe that you can achieve amazing things with your life. It may not seem like it right now, but i believe that with power, strength and determination, along with the right mindset, i believe that you can do almost anything you put your mind to- just don't give up!

Please comment below and leave a response to what your beliefs are- i would be really interested to see if some of your beliefs are the same to mine or not

One Of My Favourite Places To Go...

hello everybody,

Now, as i am writing this, i have just returned home from a little jog (not like me at all!)
Like I've just mentioned, me going on a jog voluntarily isn't something which i do on a regular basis.

While out on my jog, the trail leads to where you can look onto the beach, as there are steps in which you can take to get down onto the beach.

For me, being somewhere by the sea/ocean is one of the places where i can relax and de-stress. I've found that going on light exercises help keep my anxiety at bay. Now I've not felt like i needed to go somewhere and calm myself down for a while and I've never thought that exercising really helps that much, being that I've been quite calm/relaxed whenever i have done exercise.
Now for me and the school that i go to, my year has mock exams, you know the exams in which prepare you for the real things? in my case, these mock exams were preparing me for my GCSE'S next year. As i have panic attacks and anxiety attacks, being in a hall full of people is very very daunting so i asked to be seated next to the door at the back.

And of course, fifteen minutes into the exam, i have a panic attack. As to why, i am not entirely sure, i personally think it was the whole factor of being in the hall with everybody else. nonetheless it left me feeling down and in a rubbish mood for the rest of the day! Then on top of that, new exam boards have been issued into departments into the school. I'm terrible at science, always have and i always will! For some reason i was feeling okay about having my science mocks... until we got told that we were switching exam boards which means that half of what we have learnt in year ten is useless. needless to say, over this next week or so i will be teaching myself science :(

Just being able to be close to the sea is really a blessing. Sometimes i get my blog post ideas when i am calming myself down. It does sound really cliché to say that the ocean is one of my favourite places to go, but it really is! Theres a little bench where you overlook the sea and its quiet, calm and reserved. Only dog walkers or joggers go down the track so it really is somewhere where i can go and relax.  For me, the main thing as to why i go is to rid myself of the anxious feeling that is left behind whenever i have had a panic attack. I go for a run, blast some 5SOS/One Direction and leave all my worries behind. almost as though the sea will wash them away (cliché, i know).

Now it may not work for everybody, but i do highly suggest that if you are near a beach, or even where you can go for a walk/jog/run then go do it! Sometimes, just being outside and not overthinking your problems does really work! I would also try this if like myself, you experience anxiety attacks/panic attacks.

I know this blog has been a little bit of a rant in some certain areas but i just thought i would let you know one of my favourite places to go whenever i am feeling down or anxious or i have had a bit of a bad day.

*I will not be blogging frequently as i normally do (excluding the weeks i have missed previously) as i have exams and i have to be revising as much as i can these next two-three weeks. Of course, once they are over, i will be back blogging very often but there may be gaps in the blogging updates from me. sorry :(*

A Girl And Her Camera

Hello everyone,

I've been away for a little while because i have been revising for a few tests at school but i am back with a little blog for you today!

I love photography, i always have and i always will. Whenever there is an opportunity to take a photo of something, i will do.
While out with my friends today, we came across a field full of daises. While my friends were busy making daisy chains (as typical 15 year olds do!) i was the one that was taking photographs of them.
Later on, we went on a walk and discovered some other nature-y things that i decided to take photographs off. These photos are all taken from my iPhone and this may not be an interest to some of you, but i just thought that i would share some of the photographs i took today, with you!

Would You Rather- Beaty TAG

hello everyone

i haven't done a beauty related TAG in a little while and i quite like doing them so i thought why not!

1.Would you rather go out with messy hair and nice make-up or Nice hair and no make-up?
i would personally have to choose messy hair and nice make-up just for the simple fact that everyones hair looks nicer when you have nice makeup and chances are, you could find a way to rock the messy hairstyle!

2.Would you rather shave your eyebrows or have your eyelashes fall out?
i would rather shave my eyebrows because i could always use some form of makeup to make it look as though i have eyebrows even if i don't! And i cannot finish my makeup without applying mascara because my eyes look so small without it!

3.Would you rather be forced to shop at only MAC or Sephora for the rest of your life?
i haven't ever shopped at Sephora before but i know it has a crazy amount of brands stocked so i would have to say sephora because i could have so many options of makeup and I'm pretty sure i could find some MAC dupes whilst looking at other makeup brands.

4.Would you rather wear lipgloss/lipliner look or 80's perm?
i would have to say that i would wear the lipgloss/lipliner look because i could always go for a coloured lipgloss and find a lipliner to match that colour and then it wouldn't look as bad as two completely different colours!

5.Would you rather leave the house with an obvious foundation line or overdone blush?
this one was hard! i would have to say that i would leave the house with an obvious foundation line and hope that i don't run into anyone i know!

6.Would you rather wear MC Hammer pants or biker shorts in public?
definitely biker shorts! if you were to pair the shorts with a sports top and trainers, it would look like you were going/ had gone to the gym and could easily be gotten away with, whereas i don't think anything would go with the MC Hammer pants!

7.Would you rather have a bad orange-y spray tan or really weird tan lines that can't be covered?
i would rather have a bad orange-y spray tan because you could scrub it off to a certain extent in the shower and you wouldn't have to live with it forever!

8.Would you rather have a bad haircut or bad hair colour?
i would rather have a bad hair colour because at least you could dye over it the next day whereas if you got a bad hair cut, you would have to wait until your hair grows to get it how you wanted it.

9.Would you rather have youtube or twitter taken away forever?
i would rather have my youtube taken away because you could always watch youtube on twitter! cheating i know but its true!

10. Would you rather give up using makeup brushes or mascara?
I've mentioned this above but using mascara is my holy grail product and something that i cannot live without but as much as i love it, i would have to give it up because i could always find another way to make my eyelashes look longer and more voluminous but i couldn't live without using make up brushes because i would have nothing to blend foundation, eyeshadow, powder etc.

As this is a TAG post, i tag Shania from (http://bubblybabyelephants.blogspot.co.uk) to say what she would rather do!

what would you choose? let me know in the comments below!

Face Of The Day/Everyday Makeup!

hello everyone,

so as i went out for a meal with my family the other night, i decided to do my everyday makeup, but take a little bit more time doing it and not rush it!

There has been some new products that I've introduced into my makeup routine and some old favourites so this post will be a mixture of a review and a every day makeup run down!

Make Up of the day/Everyday Makeup

The makeup brushes i used were:
real techniques
detailer brush
i love this brush because it is so small and easy to apply eyeshadow exactly where you want it on your eye.

buffing brush
i use this brush for my foundation as it applies the foundation evenly and really blends my foundation into my skin and it doesn't leave any streaky marks.

blush brush
I'm one of those people who don't actually use some brushes according to what they say they should be used for. i use the blush brush purely because it is a big fluffy brush that makes applying powder so easily.

primer
benefit porefessional - i use this as i have oily skin and by using a primer it means that i don't have to worry about my makeup disappearing during the day.

foundation
bourjois 123 perfect foundation- i only recently got this foundation and i love it. it has three correcting pigments in it which means that it corrects dark circles, redness and dull complexions.

powder
no7 perfect light pressed powder in fair- i like this powder as it doesn't make my makeup look cakey by applying lots of powder to combat my oily skin.

eyebrows
collection work the colour eyebrow kit- i don't really need to fill my eyebrows in because they aren't that sparse but the shade in the middle matches my eyebrows so well that when i do fill my eyebrows in, it looks completely natural.

eyeshadows
mac-brulé - i love this shade as it a natural nude shade that i apply before i put my eyeliner on to stop my eyeliner transferring onto my top eyelid.

revolution- frozen- i only recently discovered this brand and i purely bought the eyeshadow because it was called 'frozen'. However i really do like this shade of eyeshadow, its a little out of my comfort zone as it is a blue shade with silver undertones and it looks really pretty on the top lid and in the tear duct as a highlighter.

revolution- good life- this is a really pretty blush pink shade that has hints of shimmer undertones and it looks really pretty on the eye.

eyeliner
maybelline lasting drama pen gel liner- this is my holy grail eyeliner! it is a dupe for the benefit push up liner but i don't like the benefit liner as it is too flaky but this liner lasts all day, and is super easy to apply.

mascara
benefits they're real- i absolutely love using this mascara. it makes my lashes super volumised and long without having to apply loads of coats.

lipstick
mac cremeshene creme cup- i bought this lipstick when i went to a MAC counter for my birthday and i wear this lipstick pretty much everyday. it is a mix between a light nude and a pretty pink and is suitable for every occasion. it is my go-to lipstick.

There will be more blog posts coming more frequently as i have now written down what blog posts i am going to be doing for the next couple of weeks.

COLAB dry shampoo review

Hello everyone,

I've had to take some time off blogging as I've had exams that i needed to revise for and I've had no inspiration for blogging.

Todays blog is going to be a review of the COLAB dry shampoo by Ruth Crilly (amodelrecommends). Ive been watching Ruth on YouTube for quite some while now and i absolutely love her videos! her reviews are amazing and always help me find new products which would be best suited for me as she gives honest reviews which are so helpful! She is also so stunning and she looks so amazing while she is pregnant.

I was late to getting her product as i hadn't seen them in my local Superdrug until i went to a bigger store and saw them on the shelves. There was many scents and i didn't know which one to choose so i chose the smaller bottle until i had tried them all and picked my favourite. The one that i chose was 'PARIS' and i absolutely love the scent.

Its quite floral but not too strong so it is a nice subtle scent. I love the fact that this dry shampoo doesn't leave any white chalkiness residue on the hair like some others on the market. Its completely residue free which means that it goes on the hair clear so nobody can tell that you have it on. Unlike other dry shampoos it takes around fifteen minutes to work which isn't practical if your in a hurry but this dry shampoo works instantly and doesn't need any time to work!

Another great thing about this product is that it instantly left my hair feeling refreshed and clean! As soon as i sprayed it on my hair, i massaged it into my hair straight away and it made my hair feel so nice and cleaner and the scent was still on my hair throughout the day.

I absolutely love this product and i will definitely be buying the others because they are amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a quick dry shampoo that leaves your hair feeling refreshed and clean. I also love the packaging that these dry shampoos come in as the colours and patterns co-ordinate to what the scent is and all the products have different city names.

I would also recommend watching Ruth on YouTube (amodelrecommends) as her videos are absolutely amazing and she is such a nice person and she does amazing tutorials!

New Year's Resolutions Update!

Hello everyone,

As part of my New Years Resolutions I wanted to drink more water and no fizzy drinks; say YES to more things; stick to a fitness regime and to blog every week. So far I've only failed at one of these things which was blogging.

I initially wanted to blog every weekend and I've failed as I've missed the past 3 weekends. This was partially as I've had no blog inspiration at all and had no ideas on what to do. I can assure you that i will get back on the 'blogging wagon' and hopefully (fingers crossed) blog every week- either Saturday or a Sunday. Now before you start thinking about why  i haven't done a blog post in 3 weeks, I've been in the process of moving house and boxing all my things up which meant that my laptop was temporarily packed away for a week or two. The week before that i just didn't have any blog ideas and i didn't want to put something up that was rushed and was not enjoyable for you to read. I am now back and i have made notes of blogs for the upcoming weeks and the blogs that i want to do after that. The weeks will be a different type of blog post so that way I'm not doing the same thing every week.

If you have any ideas of what what you would like to see my blog about, please feel free to comment your ideas below!

By saying YES to things, it has been challenging and it has to be by far the hardest resolution. One of the biggest and best things has been that i may be going back to Florida (Disneyland this time). You may think that this cannot have been a hard thing to say YES to, but the last time i was there, i had around 6 panic attacks. Granted- i had an amazing time, but i really want to not worry about my anxiety or what people think of me this time around. Another thing i have thought about saying YES to is doing the Duke Of Edinburgh. This is a opportunity i don't really want to miss out on. As i am in Year 10 we get the chance to do the Bronze award. This includes a expedition; voluntary work; skills and fitness. This again seems like an easy thing to say YES to but for me being away in somewhere i don't know makes me want to be physically sick. Not having control of what will happen, and where we go and where we stay - honestly scares me a little! However i am going to try and tackle this ongoing battle between myself as my friends are doing it and i think it will be a good learning curve and i think that it will be better as i know the people that i will be going with.

I am quite proud of myself for sticking to this! Ive not had any fizzy drinks since the 1st January!! This may not seem like something i should be proud of as i know many people just drink water. But for me, normally, i would just go straight for Fanta, or Sprite and that would be it! To be perfectly honest, i quite like drinking water. Its helped my skin to not get dry as often and just makes me feel a whole lot better within myself. Even going out for meals I've just had water!

The fitness side has been a struggle given the weather. Here where i live in the UK the weather has not been treating us 'Brits' very well. Theres been snow, ice, wind, rain and the few occasional days of sunshine but that didn't last very long. The nearest gym to me is about 5 minutes away but you have to be 16 to sign up (which I'm not). This meant that i couldn't go there when i want. Ive been trying to stick to a regime which i could do at home. I try to do that 3-4 times a week so that i don't slack and fall behind. Something which i think that helps stick to it is downloading fitness apps. These are great as they give you the option of easy or hard workouts and you can do them in 7-15 minutes which are great. When the weather gets better i will be going out for runs/walks more often and when i move, my friend suggested that we should go out for runs as at the bottom of the street there is a walking path which would be great use.

Those are just the updates of my New Years Resolutions. Sorry that i haven't posted in a while but i will be blogging more often now!

please let me know in the comments below how you are sticking to your resolutions if you made any!

15 Random Questions

Hello,
So as i am trying to upload more consistently so therefore I'm going to be putting up a new blog ever Saturday! Every week will be something different so therefore you will get a range of everything on this blog
So i got tagged by Shania (http://bubblybabyelephants.blogspot.co.uk) to do the 15 Random Questions  Tag so this is it...

1) What's a nickname only your family calls you?

I don't think i have a nickname that only my family call me apart from Dan or something like that which is just shortening my name. I generally just get called whatever i am at the time.

2) What's a weird habit of yours?

This isn't something that i would class as weird but my friends do. Whenever I'm eating a burger, restaurant or not, i take the burger apart and eat it with a knife and fork. I will eat the bun first then the middle of it after. I personally don't think that its weird but i guess to someone else it may be.

3) Do you have any weird phobias?

Not really, I would have said that i was afraid of heights but i think i got past that one when i went in a helicopter. I hate sick! This may seem weird but i hate the thought of being sick and someone being sick. I also hate the sight of someone being sick and the sound of someone being sick.

4) What's a song that you secretly love to blast when you're home alone?

When I'm alone probably any Disney song. I usually put it on full blast! Also any 90's music like the Spice Girls and The Backstreet Boys and I quite like C'est La Vie by B*Witched.

5) What's your biggest pet peeve?

I have two. The first one is when you can hear someone chewing their food really loudly with their mouths open. Like really? Do you need to let everybody around you know that you are eating! Another one is when a shopping centre is busy or even a quiet one everybody will be walking at a normal walking speed and then you get someone who just stops! They either stop to look at something in a window and there is no way that you can get past! or they just slow walk.

6) What's one of your nervous habits?

One of my nervous habits is either picking the skin around my nails or snapping my nails. When i have false nails on i cant do that so i just end up fiddling with something - usually my fingers or my hair.

7) What side of the bed do you sleep on?

I have a double bed so i just generally sleep in the middle but my bed is next to the radiator so when it gets too warm i find my self towards the left hand side of the bed.

8) What was your first stuffed animal and it's name?

I can't actually remember what my first one was. The only one that i can remember was when i was younger i got a Build-A-Bear and i called it Anna. That stuffed bear was the only one i can remember.
9) What do you order at Starbucks?

In the summer i order either a orange or cool lime refresher or a strawberries and cream Frappuccino . And in the winter just a hot chocolate or my personal favourite, salted caramel hot chocolate.

10) What's the beauty rule you preach but don't actually practice?

Im always told and i always tell people, put on foundation before concealer. But i never do that myself as i think that if you put concealer on then you use less foundation!

11) Which way do you face in the shower?

In our house we don't currently have a shower as there is no space for it. But when i go on holidays or somewhere there is a shower i generally face away unless I'm washing my face then i will face towards it.

12) Do you have any weird body skills?

Nope.

13) What's a phrase you always say?

I don't think i have a phrase that i always say apart from 'Aloha' when greeting someone. I do generally quote YouTubers or one direction when I'm with my friends.

14) Time to sleep! What do you wear?

Either pyjama bottoms and a short sleeve top or an oversized t-shirt with shorts as my room during the night gets like a sauna so i don't want to be too warm.

15) Who do you want to do this tag next?

Anybody that wants to do it!

thank you for taking the time to read this!

New Year, New Changes

Hello,

Happy New Year!! I'm excited for 2015 as i felt like towards the end of 2014 i grew more as a person and realised that not everybody who was nice to your face was actually your true friend. I mentioned in my life changes blog that towards the end of the year i changed friend groups- this was one big thing and i hope to remain with the same friend group throughout 2015. Quite frankly 2014 was a bit of a rubbish year apart from certain occasions such as going to florida and things like that.

Every year i make stupid resolutions that i end up breaking within the first week of the year. This year I'm only going to set myself 3 (reasonable to achieve) new years resolutions.

The first resolution I'm going to set it to be more active. this year is the year that i really want to tackle my insecurities within myself. I recently got told that we may be going to florida again later this year. Hearing that has made me realise that i really want to lose weight- not to look better in summer clothes, but to also improve my health and make me feel better. This may be a struggle as i don't have a lot of motivation at the best of times. If I've had a rubbish day or if I'm not feeling my best i will put doing exercise to the back of my mind. This is the thing that i will try to change during 2015. a lot of people tell me that doing exercise when they've had a bad day makes them feel better. i really want to stick to this resolution as i think it will make me feel better within myself and will make me look at myself in a more positive way.

The next resolution is to drink water and no sugary/fizzy drinks. Im a massive culprit of just drinking  sprite, Fanta and all them. By not drinking them it will also help me in my other resolution of losing weight. Im aiming to drink at least 1litre every week day and trying to drink 2litres on a weekend. The only time that I'm allowing myself to have a sugary drink is when I'm out having a meal with family/friends.

The next one is to stick to blogging. When i started i was consistent and then i stopped for about 8 months which i regretted as I've recently discovered that i love blogging! so what I'm planning on  doing is uploading a blog every saturday which enables me to think of a blog and then prepare it during the week! The only exception to the ‘schedule’ is when i have exams that i need to study for or when I'm on holiday in another country and i don't take my laptop on planes and therefore i wont be able to blog.

Something that is not a resolution but is something that i want to try and do in 2015 is control my anxiety and panic attacks. Throughout 2014 i had my fair share of panic attacks and even went 5 days with 1-2 a day. This year I'm going to try and think more positively and not over think situations and hopefully it will decrease my anxiety. Along with that, I'm going to find solutions and things that i can do to distract me from certain situations in which i get anxious in. The biggest thing i want to try and do is just say yes! this year.

Those are my new years resolutions for 2015. Im determined to stick to them as i want to feel more happy with myself and get myself organised and under control.

What are your new years resolutions for 2015? I’d love to know in the comments
